For over 15 years, I’ve founded and led pioneering work across luxury fashion, sustainable industry, and creative economies in Nigeria and beyond. I am the founder of Zashadu, a luxury leather brand recognised for its early leadership in upcycled materials, artisan-led production, and culturally rooted design.
Alongside my work as a founder, I advise organisations, institutions, and leaders on building resilient, values-led systems that support long-term impact, clarity, and human sustainability.

• Founding and directing Zashadu, a globally recognised luxury brand rooted in African craft, sustainability, and thoughtful design
• Advising development organisations, institutions, and creative ecosystems on sustainable industry models, innovation, and local value creation
• Supporting leaders and founders as a conscious leadership advisor, helping them navigate growth, responsibility, and transition with steadiness and discernment
• Writing and teaching on leadership, sensitivity, coherence, and the inner conditions required for long-term creative and organisational healthMy approach is strategic, grounded, and relational- shaped by lived experience, not theory.
ADVISORY & INSTITUTIONAL WORK
I advise governments and collaborate with global and regional organisations working across development, climate, culture, and innovation.
My advisory work includes:
• Engagements with government bodies and United Nations–affiliated programmes and initiatives
• Mentorship and advisory roles within intellectual property and creative enterprise organisations
• Industry and ecosystem development projects across Nigeria’s leather, fashion, and creative sectors
