There are parts of my story that I haven’t shared fully.

Emotional abuse.
Covert narcissism.
Spiritual experiences and manipulation so fine that I had no names for.

For ages I genuinely thought you did.

In hindsight I think it was the aftertaste of religious programming, U know that subtle message of:
Suffering equals Godliness, somehow..

So I normalised pressure and emotional intensity and even built a part of my identity around it.

What I started realizing over time was this:

-That level of constant struggle actually opens the door for energetic interference that’s way cleverer than you

Because when your nervous system is always overloaded…you can’t hear clearly.
Anxiety starts dressing up as intuition.
Chaos starts cosplaying as “signs.”
And you become addicted to intensity… instead of anchored in the truth you’re constantly seeking.

At some point I had to ask myself:

“Why does peace feel suspicious to me?”
“Why does ease feel unsafe?”
“Why do I only trust guidance when I’m suffering?”

And THAT was the awakening inside the awakening 😮‍💨.

Now I know the following with certainty:

God(dess) isn’t only present during storms.
The clearest guidance arrives when the body finally feels safe.
Spirituality isn’t meant to burn you alive.
It’s meant to bring you home.
